Dear blog, I am sorry (like I am not sorry)..

Dear Blog,

I know its been a long time since we met. I know you are not interested to talk to me. But then, there are certain things I need to get off my chest !! Lot of things were happening around me for the past 4 weeks. As much as I wanted to be in touch and keep on blogging, those things kept me busy and away from you. But them, I had some interesting experiences which I will share with you in due course of time.

First of all, I am sorry to say that you don't have an identity of your own. It seems your owners (Google) are planning to rename you. You will be called "Google Blogs" from "Blogger" !! I think it makes sense too. After all, Google bought your community !!

While I was away, I missed out on many topics. Like when athletes tested positive for banned substances and the subsequent conspiracy theories. And news channels like Scams Now (some people call it Times Now) unearthed scams after scams but the common public is more concerned about the rising petrol prices. Speaking of news channels, a tabloid called News of the World was shut down due to a phone tapping scandal. Here in India, we are still continuing with the case (2G scam) !!

And then there was terrorism. In Mumbai. We got up the next day, took Mumbai's spirit up our sleeves and went to work as if nothing had happened. Unfortunately, that's what is left now. Spirit !! And we now await the day when we will go through another blast and show our spirit again. As far as our leaders were concerned, the blame game had begun. Pakistan bashing began too. We seriously need to understand that terrorism has no religion and doesn't represent any country.

Speaking of terrorism, did you know that Osama Bin Laden is dead. After his death, America said that Pakistan has a lot of answering to be done. It's been months now, and Pakistan hasn't answered anything. I guess America forgot to ask their questions !! But that's the way it happens in US - Pakistan ties. It's a mutually beneficial relationship. Like you and me.

Anyways, will try to be more truthful to you. No commitments this time.
